MADAM
(Maddy)

Born 26th January 1992

Madam (Maddy for short) was rescued when she was
two years old. The puppies she had were not SHOW
QUALITY, so the owner did not require her.
Maddy is the current leader of the pack. We
call her Matron Maddy, as if any dogs need
medication, she has to come and supervise their
treatment. She was rehoused before she came to
live with us, but scaled a six foot high fence, to escape,
and was found wandering amongst traffic in a busy
city centre. Her right side had no fur, because she
had chewed it away, in her frustration. Within
seven days of "moving in"here, her fur had started
to grow normally. Maddy is squirrel crazy, and will
disappear on walks, for over half an hour, in her
quest to catch one of the many found in a park
near to our house.
